TownPlace is nice rooms are good and clean. Awsome Breakfast in the morning. Great location near all the businesses. It's quite, easy in and out.

We chose this hotel for our out of town wedding guests and we are so glad we did! Our guests were extremely happy with the location, rooms, free breakfast and impeccable service! I especially want to mention Marina F, the manager of this hotel. She was absolutely amazing in her treatment of our guests and her communication with us was prompt and effective. We had 25 guests staying there at the same time and everyone was treated 5/5. Thank you, Marina and staff!

The hotel is situated by strip mall. The area is quiet at night, plenty of parking. Staff is helpful and friendly. The carpet in the room is a bit weird, I can't explain why. The rooms are clean.

Just completed a stay here for 4 nights during on a business trip. It matches the expectations as a 3 star hotel hence the 4 star review (wld have chosen 3.5 if there was an option) because there was little to elevate it beyond that. Rooms are as pictured and generally clean, and breakfast had a surprisingly good spread and I enjoyed it. You probably need more than a week to get bored of it. The only things I would highlight: - no daily complimentary water, only 2 bottles on check in - no kettle in the room (not sure if you’ll get one if you ask) - service and maintenance is not great - I had an issue with a flickering bulb in the room, and the front desk told me the building is old and it would take a few hours to fix it, and despite arranging for it on a day I was out, I came back to it still flickering. I mean, it’s a bulb change, why would it take a few hours. If you weren’t gonna change it, just say so. Other than those kinks, a decent place to stay. Less than 10mins walk to Target and some shopping, food options. Great if you’re here for work/travel within the San Mateo area.

Very convenient and quiet location nested in the middle of major chain shops and restaurants. Clean rooms and dining area. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the stay and will return in the future.

Great hotel and I was amazed by the whole breakfast experience. I am a titanium and have stayed at many properties. Usually when I stay at a towneplace, I expect a pretty vanilla breakfast. I was amazed at the variety of selection this hotel had. But it doesn’t stop there, I observed great customer service from the breakfast crew. They were not hurting up patrons at the end of breakfast. They kindly allowed people to finish getting what they wanted and cleaned up after. At other properties, I have seen the staff be rude about closing time. The way this property handled it was awesome. Kudos

Overall good enough. Just really hope they have a kettle in the room. The tap water didn’t seem very clear though. The breakfast was okay, not too many vegan options. Got some fruits, soy milk, oat milk, and almond milk in small cartons.

Comfortable Marriott beds, nice shower pressure and temperature. Included breakfast buffet was excellent. 10-15 minutes from the Airport. A few restaurants within walking distance. Noise from the highway isn't too noticeable outside the room windows. The full size fridge, microwave and 2 burner stove were useful to have.
